Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via a tracked courier service across New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 1–3 business days
Rural areas: 5–7 business days

Any additional customisations to your product may take extra time.

Every single purchase is sent via tracked courier service New Zealand wide.

Our providers of choice are New Zealand Post and DHL. You can expect the following delivery time frames for your order (Please note, this is in addition to the manufacturing lead time of your order):

• New Zealand wide: 5-9 working days (overnight for some metro areas)

Please allow additional time for rural deliveries. All orders are shipped on a Signature Required basis.
